JYP Entertainment Audition??? Pleez answer....?

I'm an American...not at all Asian lol. but me and my best friend are crazy interested in Asian music. and we have been wanting to audition for JYP in the United States...but...do they accept Americans? Like wasnt that girl in the 2pm music video for My Color american??? THanks for the help if you have any ansers...and how could i get to an audition? websites? numbers? anything??? just trying to make me and my besties dreams come true...thanks. :D
