Question for Ultrasound or Echocardiography technicians?

I have a question about the nature of the job- For those who have been doing either one of these for a long amount of time or even for a few years, have you experienced any health effects? Like musculoskeletal disorders or eye problems, etc??? And if you have are they treatable problems?? Thanks!
