Grades are horrible, any chance I will graduate?

Out of the six cles I have, five of my cles have F's. I was out for over half of the nine weeks. I had Swine Flu, Pneumonia, a common cold, an appendectomy, and a post-op infection. I have a doctor's excuse for it all, teachers won't let me make up my work, so I have those F's. If for the rest of the year I keep the rest of my grades high, will there be any chance that I can graduate and go to community college?
