Would it ever be theoretically possible to Genetically Engineer a Vampire?

Ok I know everyone says vampires are a fantasy, but I was curious if it would ever be possible to create a "vampire" through Genetic Engineering in the laboratory that would sort of resemble the vampires in the hollywood movies. Say a person who has very attractive physical traits, sharp long canines, a real sensitivity to sunlight, super-human strength, great night vision, able to live an exceedingly long time, and a taste for blood. What are your thoughts on the possibility of this? Intelligent thoughts please...
