go for the 1st one - 1st laptop is ASUS K Series – K43SV 29i7H64BC7PM/2V3Y and use the extra saving to bump up the ram to 8gb, games such as GTA should be fine, also as long as there is adequate ventilation overheating should not be an issue with either laptop
