Should Marijuana Be Legalized?

I think it's a no brainier. First of all, the people who are gonna smoke pot once it's legal are the same ones that are already going to be smoking it. Second, we could tax the hell out of it. And finally, we'll be able to regulate it and grow it on US soil so we can stop depending on Mexico for pot which will lower crime rates in Mexico and also on the US border. What do you think?
