Doentaries Of Death?

Hey everyone. I decided to become a paramedic in Australia and I wanted to train my self not to be disgusted by images/videos of dead bodies etc since I would probably be seeing far more worse. Iv seen all of "Faces Of Death" but its too old and grainy quality. Is there any other doentaries/websites/videos/images etc that have pics or medical information on these types of things? Sounds wierd I know but it beats puking on my first shift when I see a decapitated body in a car accident :S
