Is it too late to enlist in ROTC?

i graduated high school and i am starting college at a community college on monday and i am wondering if i can still enroll in ROTC or if they will even allow me to enroll since im going to a community college ......i got accepted for a engineering tranfer program to do 2 years at middle community college in bedford,m and another 2 years at Um Lowell. so im just wondering if theres any way i can get into the military as an officer still.
