Why are people so mean when it comes to the mosque?

Ok yes you can build whatever you want and express your religion any way you want. Have fun with your mosque. its not illegal but it is immoral! It shouldn't be that we tell you not to build it... but you shouldn't want to build it. people actually died! its not a joke. it isn't some game. people actually died and i could think of anything that's more of a slap in the face. It shouldn't be the question of how far can we stretch laws... because there should be something in your heart that says it isn't right. It would be like building a statue of hitler in Auschwitz. obviously the holocaust was much worse but either way people died.its immoral. its not illegal. its immoral. Im 16 and have a lot of life ahead of me. im afraid what i will see.
