Suzy Orman when on TV today and said that we have to sell our homes if we are not plaining on living ...?

in the for the rest of our lives,she said the market is not coming back up again, and its better to get out know that have to be upside down later?? I am really worried because as it is, my husbands job got bought out and he got demoted and took away 45% of his yearly income, which means we have to sell, and downsize but now I am even more worries...............What do you think about the Market and the economy?
