Leg Calf Muscle Strain?

ok so at track Tuesday I felt myself getting a tiny muscle cramp, I just ignored it & continued to run on it. Wednesday the cramp had gotten worse, but I didn't want people on my track team thinking i was b.s. the cramp just to get out of track, so I just ran through it & by the end of practice I just collapsed because the cramp was sooo bad. Thursday I finally went to my athletic trainer hoping i just need to a heat pad on it & everything will be fine. Later on that night I couldn't even walk & when I did try to walk it hurt & i was limping. Now today at school walking up the stairs hurt like fck and walking wasn't any better either. when I sit for a long time my walking is ok but after like a minute of walking it's harder again to move. I'm hoping it's just a really bad pain left over from the muscle cramp. but JUST ASKING how much of chance do you think it might be a muscle strain? & how long would I be out of track?
