Will this be good enough?

I want to be able to play age of conan and I dont really care if the graphics are good or not. I have a 1.40 ghz core 2 duo which is .20 below what I need. And my Gpu is integrated and has enough vRAM but it doesnt have vertex shader and video HW transform and lighting. I I turn some stuff down or off will it still work?
