Short frenulum, anyone other uncut guys have problem?

well its obvious that i am uncut, my question is when pull back my foreskin it only goes all the way back but it always sits around the end of the glans because of my short frenulum holding it back. do any you guys know if stretching it for awhile can make it longer? so i can fully retract my foreskin?
