That is really, really crummy to have to deal with, you made a mistake, but that doesn't make you a bad person. Don't tell your teachers until you need to, once your belly gets noticeable they will figure it out, so put that lower on your priority list. Whether you are okay mentally or not will be up to you, while you won't have to worry about money, you will have to worry about mothering, are you prepared to surrender yourself to this child? I would definitely think about finding a couselor. On the part of your question regarding when to leave and return to school, you can stay until I would ume the week before you are due, and come back after say, 8 weeks.
