(only a little) Wiggly and Jiggly?
So I'm short... 5'1'' to be exact... and extra weight really shows on me- escpecially in my and tummy. I'm not overweight, but I'm not exactly 'happy' with my weight. I guess you could say that as the fat piles on, my self esteem gets sucked out. I only need to lose 20 pounds or so- nothing drastic. I'm sort of new to working out.. ok, I'll admit it, I've never seriously worked out in my life (i'm only 15, ok?).. and if anyone had any tips on workout routines and healthy dieting, I'd greatly appriciate it. There's no rush to lose the weight- as long as I shrink a little bit, I'll be happy.. thanks in advance ^^
