Need advice asap!!?

ok so i was with this kid for almost a year and a half and we recently broke up but its not a deff break up if yu kno wat i mean. well last night me and his brother were play fightin[at a party type thing where he wasnt at] and his brother like had me pinned so i bit his neck to try to get him off and it didnt werk so i said i bet i kno how to get u off and started to suck cuz if he has a mark he wuld get in truble wit his hookups lol and there is a hickey there now, shuld i tell his brother and was this messed up towards my ex?
