My hermit are having a problem- help?

im really sorry to hear that!! This same thing happened to me once and all i had to do was seperate the 2 craps and the crab that does not have a shell give him all the shells on one side of the cage and if after at the most 5 days go out and buy new shells of all different sizes if even after that call a vet!
