I do not understand my MRI report?

The spinal cord is contained within a c through the vertebral bones, surrounded by a fluid called CSF. Osteophytes are bony protrusions that develop in diseases such as arthritis. The report seems to say that there is a process like arthritis affecting the lower vertebra of the neck, and causing the c holding the spine to become slightly narrower. Your doctor should be able to explain how this affects you.
