How do I burn a .DMG image using Windows so that the disc is bootable on Mac OS?

How do I burn a .DMG image using Windows so that the disc is bootable on Mac OS. I have downloaded a DMG file on my windows PC that i would like to burn to disk so that its bootable in a mac.
