Do you think creationists know that what they’re saying is not true?

Are they conscious liars or innocently unaware of their dishonesty? Because every time they write or speak something about evolution, there is always some level of dishonesty. Whether it’s an outright lie or merely a deliberate misrepresentation of the facts, there is always a lack of honesty in what creationists contribute to humanity, right?
