I'm 17 years old, 5' 9" and nearly 70 kilos. I'd like to shed some of my chest weight and thigh weight so I've been doing some jogging for 4 months now since aerobic exercise helps in shedding fats. However, I cannot stand eating a breakfast diet of just fruits and I normally don't eat cornflakes, so is it advisable to fry and eat stuff like sausages and nuggets? Is there any problem in eating that even though you're trying to lose weight?
